Mosoti Before and during Jubilee Party nominations in Kisii County, Jubilee hopefuls for the region's most coveted party Jubilee were riding on a high. Most of them could pick calls at anytime of the day, most of them could come down to earth to prove their point on humility. Some of them could go as far as applying a two hand shake salutation. This was to create an impression that they were the best. On the above factors, Jubilee ended up with dead logs as the MCA candidates to Kisii Count Assembly. For instance, in south Mugirango Constituency, Moticho Ward, the best candidate lost due to amalgamation of Opposition friendly candidates leading to the loss of one of the strongest Jubilee Members.
