The attack was influenced by suspicion that it was a scheme to buy Identity Card so as to affect the voter turn out in the forthcoming Presidential elections. To this point, it is believed that some of the women who were attacked are yet to recover fully. The latest case of such despicable narrative was witnessed yesterday the 20th of September 2017 In Kisii Town Kisii County. In this case, a group of NYS officials were spotted in one of the entertainment joints like anybody else. But because the narrative had already been cultivated and the plans activated. The officials were illogically accosted, roughed and harassed with equal measure with the fictional crime being an intention to buy IDs. NASA GOONS ATTACK NYS OFFICIALS IN KISII TOWN

By Haron Ototo A circus ensure in Kisii Town, Kisii County this morning when NASA affiliated youths attacked NYS official whom they accussed of buying of ID cards. It all started from a known rumour monger who also happens to work with the County Government of Kisii. The youths started chanting ant-jubilee slogans and accusing the government of trying to influence the forthcoming elections through buying of Identity Cards from voters. They harassed the NYS official and even threatened to set a blaze the officials's car. In Response to the incidence, Kitutu Chache South  Jubilee Parliamentary aspirant Anthony Kibagendi condemned the act. "The National Government through the National Youth Service has been recruiting cohorts for the NYS programs in Gusii region,this program has changed fortunes for the Jubilee govt in the region". Many people started training their eyes on the unrelenting Youthful Politician Anthony Kibagendi. Mr. Gwaro lost his life in a fatal road accident a few days to the general election. Before his death, Gwaro was earmarked as the front runners in the race that included the current MP, Richard Onyonka of Ford Kenya and Samwel Omwando of ODM. With Hon. Onyonka it is understood that he was going to be on the ballot hence is move from ODM to Ford Kenya.
