Raila Odinga: The Father of Corruption.

Raila Odinga has presented himself as a corruption saint for the longest time possible. However, he happens to be mono eyed when looking at corruption images. From hi pentagon team down to the county governments he decides when the spade remains a spade or when the spoon becomes a spade. He is insincere and dishonest in Many terms.

A case in point is in Kisii County and especially Kisii County Governor James Ongwae. Ongwae has been accused of misappropriation of funds, poor management of county resources and all the evils as pertains to the running of the County. Some of the allegations are so grave to be mentioned, let alone talking of them in public.
From the hiring of ambulances in hiked prices, the literally towing of the County's fire engine which Waw later discovered to be a hoax. An hoax because instead of the County owning one of the most paramount equipments, Ongwae leased one and it was taken away at the most important time, when it was supposed to help it was not available. Mind you the cost of hiring or leasing such equipments for five years was worth owning them.
On other scandal facing Ongwae and his County government is the alleged setting aside of over 90 million to purchase dairy cows within the sub counties of Kisii County. The money ended up in the pockets of either the governor or his proxies. The same amount was set aside for youth empowerment to and as at now there is nothing to show for it.
The boda boda shed scattered all over the County also come into the light as one of the cash cows milked by Ongwae and his proxies. In the exercise, over 5million Kenyan shillings was lost. The price of everything was taken to the roof except to the artist who labeled them who was exploited, given little but the books of account reflects a different story.
The Kisii county perimeter wall has taken a whopping 300 million shillings, the proposed banana factories are nowhere to be seen, the upgrading of the slaughter house is nothing to smile at and the Keumbu bus stop. Oh! Everything that Ongwae has touched in Kisii County has turned out to be a ghost project, a cash cow or a side show.
To the Point of Raila Odinga being the father of corruption and the epitome of it: First, all the visits by the father to the corrupt to Kisii is catered for by the County resources. From the helicopters, to lodges, to food. Intact Rail a comes to Kisii County for handouts from the governor. He has been reaping from where he never ploughed, never sowed but comes to reap. If there is one man who has withheld Kisii County then it is Raila Amollo Odinga. Why has he never condemned corruption in "his Counties"?. Why is he presenting a public thief like Ongwae has a political saint?  One thing is for sure, you can't bite a hand that feeds you and hence Raila gets his daily bread from Ongwae and he enjoys it. The only way for anybody to be corrupt is when you stop subscribing to Odingaism. Mudavadi was corrupt until he joined Raila, so were Kalonzo, Isaac Rutto, Wetangula and Prof. Ongeri. Ongeri was suspended by Primeer Rails for being corrupt but currently they are singing TIBIM and TIALALA.
For the good of the county and the Country, Ongwae must be stopped, Raila must be stopped and NASA in general MUST BE STOPPED.

However, the main villain warned them of  of looking down upon an idiot who has the tendency of showing up when needed. He turned out to save day. The worst mistake which worked against the villain's camp was prejudice. As the anecdote above, NASA has had the tendency of writing Jubilee off in Gisii politics to the point that they felt in a comfort zone. Now as things look, the damage has already been done and the worst is yet to come and NASA have been caught off guard not once, not twice but many times.
