By Haron Ototo A circus ensure in Kisii Town, Kisii County this morning when NASA affiliated youths attacked NYS official whom they accussed of buying of ID cards. It all started from a known rumour monger who also happens to work with the County Government of Kisii. The youths started chanting ant-jubilee slogans and accusing the government of trying to influence the forthcoming elections through buying of Identity Cards from voters. They harassed the NYS official and even threatened to set a blaze the officials's car.
